The only thing I would change is taking the guest mode off the tv so people can log into their own apps and order PPV . We couldn’t watch an event that was on and had to watch it on a laptop. Other than that perfect!

This property is in a great location with just a short walk to the Manzanita shops, restaurants and beach.
House was very clean and as described. Its in a quiet neighbourhood so we enjoyed sitting out on the front deck in the sun.

Manzanita getaway

We had a great stay in the cottage in Manzanita. It’s only a couple of blocks from central Manzanita and close to the beach. We were able to walk everywhere while we were there. There were plenty of places to lounge inside, and it was nice to have two bathrooms for the three of us. The dining table is also large for eating and playing games. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Close to the beach and blocks from main street (Laneda). Not so close you hear the waves crashing on the beach or people in the restaurants on main street. Great kitchen setup. We cooked in a lot and we found everything we needed. Heating was simple and no fuss (unlike some other older-house rentals we've stayed at over the years)

We Love this house! This was our 5th stay at this house! We love how comfortable everything is; and there is always plenty of dishes silverware, and cooking supplies! It is in walking distance to the restaurants and main street, and the beach! We look forward to our next visit next year!

Relaxing Cottage close to everything

We had a relaxing stay. The house was roomy and homey. We needed help raising a blind for more light and management sent someone over to help. It still didn’t function, but hopefully they will replace it soon. We cooked 2 nights, walked to the beach, shopped, played games and celebrated my sister’s birthday. We even had a tea party outside on the back deck!

The house was great — good location and very comfortable. Just a few housekeeping issues keep me from giving 5 stars across the board: a living room window without a blind, a broken hinge on a bathroom cabinet, etc., But when I reported these (and other) issues Meredith offered to come out immediately to resolve all issues, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Charming home in the city center. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect kitchen. Added niceties. A couple short blocks to groceries, shopping, and one of Oregon’s best beaches. Will definitely come again, hopefully sooner than later. It’s a pet friendly house but no evidence that pets have been here. We were thrilled with this property.

Property was better than expected. Location was perfect. One block from shops, 3 blocks from great city park for the kids, 5 blocks from the beach. Cute, quiet, clean rambler in a peaceful safe walkable neighborhood. It’s an older/80’s style house/decor but we were all pleasantly surprised by its comfort and size. Easily fit 3 adults, 3 kids-bunk room worked better than most. Highly recommend for an affordable beach getaway!

The house was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable The location was good also. within easy walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Meredith lodging was very helpful and friendly as we processed through the initial signup and entry. Good instructions and upon arrival, was more than we had hoped for! Great location!
The Eleanor Edward Cottage was perfect for our stay in Manzanita. Very comfortable for two adults, two kids and our dog. A super short walk to the beach, to the shops, and to the park (for tennis and volleyball). Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was just right for a lovely getaway.

Happy Thanksgiving stay
The house was perfect for our family of five over Thanksgiving. It is very comfortable and well equipped. This is our second time staying in the house for our Thanksgiving vacation, so that pretty much says it all!
