The adjoining dining room with seating for six opens to the stylish, retro kitchen with its granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, opening to a large outdoor deck. The master queen bedroom suite boasts a glassed walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs, three charming bedrooms and a full bath will delight your guests.

You’ll enjoy relaxing on the front porch or strolling down the street for delightful shops featuring art, wine, candy, books, clothing, ice cream, spa services, groceries, dining and more. A quick walk to the beach gives you ocean vistas and a look at the surrounding mountains, which may inspire a hike up Neahkahnie for breathtaking views of the coast. Go east for fishing in the Nehalem River or Bay or continue north up the coast to visit Seaside, Cannon Beach or Astoria. Gem in the heart of Manzanita

The location could not be any better and the presence of 4 full size bedrooms with queen beds in each is hard to find and very welcome for a family vacation with adult kids and their partners. We had an amazing time!

The family really enjoyed the home especially the option of several bathrooms. I understand homes are hard to keep up but a few things just need to be addressed, no big things but like the ottoman in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer have some buttons missing. The kitchen table a little flimsy. The fire pit takes a little to get it going. But those aren’t major issues.

We all loved the Del-Pine house! My daughter, son, daughter in law and grand daughters all joined me and my husband for my 70th birthday celebration. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. It's a well maintained, clean and new house. And the location couldn't be better, just blocks from shops, grocery, restaurants and the beach. My only disappointment is that I didn't arrange for a third night! Next time...

Wonderful Oregon Coast getaway

The house was very comfortable and a good size for our 7 adults. Beds were comfortable and furnishings nice. The kitchen was very well stocked; we had all the pots, pans and appliances we needed to cook family meals. The beach was a short walk away and a market was just around the block. Would definitely stay here again

It was a beautiful and quiet place. Very nicely appointed and so close to a beautiful beach. I would recommend it to my friends for sure!
