This charming woodland home is like a tree-top oasis with its long wrap-around deck suspended over trees—you’ll be glad to soak up some sun and listen to birdcalls with your morning coffee. Indoors a large great room with a vaulted ceiling has lots of comfortable plush seating, a TV/DVD and an extensive movie library. A dining area looks out over the trees and a fully equipped kitchen assures you can cook what you’d like during your stay. A queen bed in a studio-style bedroom off the living room combines with a king master suite for sleeping accommodations on the main floor; on the lower level a separate sleeping room with two twin beds is next to a large bonus room with sofas around a TV. There’s an added bonus, too—a small sauna to heat-soak your tension away! Despite your seclusion, the beach and Manzanita village are ten minutes away on foot. A hop in the car will take you up the coast to Cannon Beach or hiking on Neahkahnie Mountain. Grab your friends and spend some time in this forested retreat in beautiful Manzanita!

3 bedroom house and we had three couples but there was only one key in the lockbox.Was not convenient when we was not together. Other than that everything was fine.

Very comfortable house, in a great location. We loved watching the birds in the trees from all the large windows while drinking coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and a short walk to shopping, dining & the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Felt like home at our favorite town on the Oregon coast

Great place that allowed us to bring our dog with us to the coast. Bringing our dog was super important to us and we were very grateful we could. House felt tucked away in the woods with big windows to see it. 10 min walk to the beach. Food and grocery store was all but a 5 min drive. It was not the most fancy or updated place BUT it was comfortable, functional and perfect for a beach house. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and comfortable and though situated among other houses felt very private. Everything was so convenient. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and shops and then coming back to this comfortable home. We would definitely come back.

Rainy weekend away
We had a great time during our stay. It rained a lot and we felt very comfortable hanging out at the house when we didn’t want to be outside. Great location to the beach. Our 3 year old made the walk to and from no problem. We would stay here again.

Loved Our Manzanita Visit!
Enjoyed our stay at 446 Ocean Ave in Manzanita. The location was off the beaten path but close enough to enjoy all activities in “town” and the beach. Lovely beach town!

Perfectly Perfect Escape
This house is exactly what we needed and you get what you see. It's tucked away in the trees in a quiet neighborhood. It's clean and tidy, perfect for lounging inside watching a movie snuggled on the couch, or cooking a great meal, playing board games at the table, drinking wine & whiskey on the patio. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be staying again!!
