Located just 1 block from town and a flat,easy 4 block walk to the beach. This two story home is well loved and maintained. The porch and wrap around deck are perfect for outside relaxing and bar-b-ques. The main floor is bright and cheery. The living room has a dura-flame burning only fireplace (logs are provided) and a TV/VCR/DVD and CD player. The one bedroom down has a Queen bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The upper floor has two bedrooms. One with a King bed and the other has 2 Twin beds and a TV/VCR. There is also a full bath on this floor. No Smoking and No Pets allowed. | ||

| This cute and very comfortable house sits right in the sand with an easy walk to town or the City Park. Close to the Golf course too! Sit outside on a small viewing deck and enjoy the waves and the gorgeous Sunsets. Enjoy the view of the sea and sand from the bedroom with a queen bed on the West side of the home. The bedroom with the daybed serves as a TV/Bonus room by day. The bathroom is newly remodeled and has a walk in shower. The full kitchen, dining room and living area is all one great room with windows on the west side that look out over the waves, a wood burning fireplace (wood not provided), and a piano. No Washer/Dryer. No Smoking. Pets allowed with a fee. | ||
