This Great Family beach house has all the amenities you need and is just a block to the beach and a block to town! The landscaped fenced in yard has play equipment for the kids and is perfect for outdoor activities. The open living room and dining room, with hardwood floors and seating for everone, is perfect to watch TV, visit by the fire or sing a long with that special person playing the piano. The full kitchen is well stocked and has a breakfast nook.Between the kitchen and dining room is a cornor you may cozy into and read a book and still be close to family and friends. The main floor has a full bath, a bedroom with a King and access to the bedroom with 2 Twin beds. The Sunroom on the main floor is perfect for relaxing or it is a perfect playroom for the kids. The top floor has a bedroom with a Queen and a full bath and another bedroom with a Queen and a Double bed and another full bath. Amenities include: Waher/Dryer, Gas BBQue, Woodburning Fireplace(wood not provided) Piano, TV/VCR. No Smoking. Pets are Allowed with a Fee.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. In the living room the furnishings are situated around a lovely fireplace. Also located downstairs is a half bath and a small patio off the kitchen. The patio includes outdoor furniture and an enclosed area for your pet to play. Upstairs is a sunny bedroom and full bath. Additional amenities include small TV/VCR/DVD, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, and a small front yard. Pets are welcome with a fee. No smoking please
