A perfect family beach house in Manzanita. Less than a block to the sand with some ocean views from the top floor. Located less than a 1/2 mile to town, just 4 blocks to the City park and only two blocks to the Golf course.

The lower floor is the main living area with a full kitchen, dining area and seating with a TV/VCR. Also a bedroom with a king bed and large full bath.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a large jack and jill bath with walk in shower/laundry room. This level also features a family room with plenty of seating, a game table, TV/DVD and two single day beds which may be used as two twins at night for sleeping.

This home has a dog run for the family pet and a nice deck for outside enjoyment. A great location in Manzanita and a very comfortable house for the entire family.
