This lovely new home is an easy two block walk to the beach and located close to the Golf Course. The Nehalem Bay State park is nearby with walking paths and bike trails which make it perfect for kids and adults.
The home is light and bright with lots of skylights. The great room design on the main floor makes for easy conversation and visiting. The house has a porch with Southern exposure, a fire pit for evening enjoyment, a picnic table for outdoor eating and even a small sand box for the toddlers.
This home is very child friendly. There is a mud room/laundry room perfect for returning from the beach. The full bath with Spa Tub and shower is located on the main floor with the two bedrooms.
