This magnificent new beach house is located two and a half easy blocks to the beach.
The spacious living area is located on the top floor where there are lots of windows, creating a bright atmosphere amongst the trees. Also upstairs is a large kitchen, powder room, and a comfy den just off of the formal living room.
Let the ocean lull you to sleep in one of the three bedrooms located downstairs. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and a balcony. The additional bedrooms consist of a queen bed in one, and a bunk with a twin on top and double futon on bottom.
Additional amenities include satellite TV with VCR/DVD, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Woodstove, and an upstairs deck with Bar-B-Que. Pets are allowed with a fee. No smoking please.
