This condo/duplex sits across an ocean road from sand and surf! Enjoy the Pacific Ocean from windows that offer views of majestic Neahkahnie Mountain to the North and Tillamook head to the South. Three short blocks to town makes this a perfect location in Manzanita.

The two units connect with a door between the living areas on the upper floor. Rent either side - or the entire duplex and sleep up to 16 people! (Each unit sleeps 8 people with the use of a hide-a-bed).

The North side (386 Ocean) is pet friendly.

Each unit has two bedrooms on the ground floor and a full bath. The upper floors are of great room design with lots of windows and light and each has a woodstove and small viewing decks off the living area and both upper floor bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and baths with walk in showers.
