If all you want to do is sit back, relax and enjoy watching the waves crash on the beach or against the rocks of Neahkahnie Mountain, then this is the perfect beach house in Manzanita for you!!

Known by the locals as “Churchill Cottage”, this 100-year-old cottage is loaded with the Charm of Days Gone By. Perched approximately 40 feet above the Pacific Ocean on the North end of Manzanita beach the sun room on the West side of the home places you right above the sand with views from Tillamook Head to Neahkahnie Mountain!

The main floor boasts a lovely wood-burning stone fireplace in the living room/dining room combo with Ocean views and TV/VCR. The kitchen is located on the East side of the home (no dishwasher). A full bath with a walk-in shower completes the main floor. The Deck enjoyes a sunny Southern exposure.

The 4 bedrooms and 1 of the full baths are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have Queen beds and Ocean views. One bedroom has two twin beds and another bedroom has one twin bed.

Public beach access is located one house South of Churchill Cottage so you are just steps from the sand.
